DELIVERY GUIDE

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Our delivery schedule for orders received is as follows:

ORDERS RECEIVED DELIVERY
Monday - Friday before 11.00 a.m. Same Day
Monday - Friday after 11.00 a.m. Next Working Day
Sunday & Public Holiday Next Working Day

WEEKDAY DELIVERY (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)

If your order is placed and confirmed by 11.00 a.m., delivery will be made on the same day. Any order received after the cut-off time is not guaranteed to be delivered on the same day.

If an order is received after 11.00 a.m. and the item needs to be delivered urgently to a business address, every effort will be made to arrange for same day delivery. However, if this is not possible, the item will be delivered the next working day. Where possible, urgent same day delivery orders should be made via telephone so that your order can be processed immediately. Otherwise, we will deliver it the next working day or on the scheduled date you have requested.

DELIVERY ON SATURDAY

Please place your order latest by 3.00 p.m. on Friday for an item to be delivered on Saturday (morning/afternoon).

DELIVERY ON SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

As a general rule, we do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays unless specifically arranged and agreed to with us in advance. There will be a surcharge for deliveries made on these days.

If the requested delivery date falls on a Malaysia Public Holiday, the delivery will be made on the next working day.

PEAK SEASON DELIVERY

Orders for peak seasons like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali and Christmas must be received at least THREE (3) DAYS in advance.

We make every effort to accommodate customers’ requests for delivery by certain times; however the logistics of delivery to different locations within Klang Valley does mean that sometimes we are unable to meet those requests or advise the sender beforehand. In minimising the time in transit, the sequence of delivery is left to the courier, therefore it is not possible to predict or advise beforehand the time of delivery.

In the event we are unable to contact you for any delivery outside our standard delivery schedule, we will use our discretion to arrange for the flowers or gifts to be delivered to the recipient at the most suitable time.



Due to the high volume of orders we receive during peak season, requests for specific delivery times will not be entertained. This rule applies to Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day weekend, and the week preceding major festive celebrations such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali or Christmas.

 

SPECIAL DELIVERY REQUEST

Although we cannot guarantee exact times for delivery we aim to deliver between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. You can, however, specify morning or afternoon deliveries.

If you wish to request a morning or afternoon delivery, or within a specified time (e.g. 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.), please place your order at least two (2) days in advance (excluding peak season delivery days).

Please note that in some cases delivery may not be possible within the specified time or small “windows of time” requested due to circumstances beyond our control.

DELIVERY TO BUSINESS & RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES OR HOTELS & HOSPITALS

Deliveries to commercial and business addresses will be made during business hours. Deliveries to residential addresses, hotels and hospitals MAY be made outside business hours.

If the delivery is to be made to a residential address, we prefer to call the recipient to arrange for an appropriate delivery time to ensure successful delivery on the first attempt. We do not disclose any other information except the fact that a perishable delivery needs to be made and someone has to be home to receive it.

DELIVERY OF WREATHS OR SYMPATHY FLOWERS

For all orders for wreaths or sympathy flowers, the date and time of the funeral must be clearly stated when placing your order. If the relevant details are not furnished to us, we will not be held responsible if the flowers are delivered after the funeral.

DELIVERY TIMING
               

All deliveries will be made according to orders placed online or via telephone. Please ensure the accuracy of the relevant details (e.g. name, address, contact numbers, etc of the recipient) when placing your order. We are not responsible for inaccurate details in the orders received resulting in any delay in the delivery of the flowers or products ordered.

For deliveries outside our standard delivery times specified above, in the event we are not able to contact you, we will use our discretion to decide the best time for sending the items.

REQUEST FOR RE-DELIVERY

In the event you have supplied an incorrect address or the recipient has left the hotel, hospital, home or workplace, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee as required if you request re-delivery of the item to another address. 
 
DELIVERY PRACTICE

Our delivery personnel will try to deliver the flowers or gift item directly to the named recipient at the address given by the sender. However, if this is not possible, the item(s) will be delivered to any available person at the premises who will receive it on behalf of the recipient.
